Combines physical edge strength, long-line geometry, page shape and background difference. It no longer assumes the page must be much whiter than the table.
Drag four page-corner handles for each page. The editor includes selectable space outside the photo for pages whose corners extend beyond the camera frame. Manual crops are perspective-warped directly to an A4 aspect ratio.

Uses corrected page geometry to rotate obvious sideways portrait documents. EXIF camera orientation is also respected automatically.
Prevents small email signatures and embedded logos from becoming PDF pages.
Flattens broad phone-camera shadows and lighting gradients before levels are applied, while retaining colour.
Applies colour-preserving levels, brightness and local contrast correction.
Brightness / gamma (lower = brighter)
Controls midtone brightness without simply washing the whole image out.
Shadow lift (higher = lighter darks)
Raises the darkest output level and reduces crushed black areas or heavy page shadows.
Black percentile (higher = darker darks)
Higher values clip more of the darkest pixels into the black point.
White percentile (lower = brighter whites)
Lower values make photographed paper reach clean white sooner; higher values preserve more highlight detail.
Local contrast (higher = punchier)
Makes text and local detail clearer. Very high values can make photographed pages look harsh.
